@dec16180 thanks for your time on this package. I have a bit problem with your reasoning. I can change the license in spec file but what value it will have if it collides with the license in COPYING file?

"I could not find any GPL-2.0 only files in the package." - I see no GPL-2.0+ nor LGPL-2.1+ licensed file either. If any license restrictions are mentioned, they say to have a look into COPYING file.

"Unless otherwise stated, use, modification, and distribution are subject to the
terms of the Mozilla Public License Version 1.1. Alternatively, (at your
option) use, modification, and distribution are instead subject to the terms of
either the GNU General Public License Version 2 or the GNU Lesser General Public
License Version 2.1. The text of these licenses follows.
..."

So, I could not find any files which are licensed differently from `MPL-1.1 or GPL-2.0 or LGPL-2.1'. Could you please be more verbose on the reasons for rejection?

Thanks in advance.
